That is grown in the polyethylene bottles that contains sterilized medium mixture of saw dust , Corn cob, rice bran, etc. at inside green house, climate controlled by precise equipment without using any chemicals.
It means that fresh & Caned Enoki mushroom are pure organic produce itself.
It has long, slender white stems (about 10cm) with tiny cap in small clusters. Their flavor is sweet and mild with slightly crunchy texture. No calories found, however rich in the necessary minerals and B complex vitamins, and also contain enzymes that converted into vitamin D in the body.
Enoki mushroom is usually using as garnish over the soup or add to salads, sandwiches. To retain the delicate flavor of the mushrooms, you are recommended to add them at end of the cooking processor.
